If the cage is too small get them in something bigger if you have it (floor space wise) if you can’t do that safely cover the glass (heat sources and objects near them freak me out because
) taping paper to the glass to stop reflections and them seeing out should help. Or give them some cover (if they’r sleeping under a heat source, this might not be possible obviously) an overturned box with a hole cut as a door, branches they can shelter under, or fake plants over and around them. If they can’t see things startling them and feel hidden they sit tight better and should stop doing that (mostly)
