how is the size of these birds and there eggs?

I haven't officially weighed these birds but by looks they seem to meet the Ameracana standard for size. Egg size is medium to large. Egg color in this set ranges from blue to blue-green. Those of you that I have sent eggs to, feel free to jump in and comment.

Lavender Ameraucanas are a work in progress and there are only a handful of us that are currently breeding these towards a correct standard.​

You know, I think you're right, and I was mixing it up in my head with the B/B/S gene. I should never EVER try to think after taking cold meds. I turned the blinker on in my car last night and then asked my daughter "Where is the driveway?", and she said, "Mom, I think you need to pull over and let me drive, we're still 2 miles from the house"!

What I was really asking though, was if the father is the Lavender roo? I wasn't sure that's what you meant because of the way you worded it. The one in the photo is so pretty.

I am on my first hatch ever. I ordered 6+ got 8. All made it here great timing and great packaging. I am on day 6. The shells are thick so can not candle well. For sure 3 are veining. I can not wait to see if I get at least one visually lavender! Well worth the price...keep bidding!
