10 month old Rhode Island Red hens losing feathers

Looks like molting to me too. If she is acting normal/healthy, this is likely normal. Do you know if she stopped laying?

Absolutely normal molting appearance. In several weeks she will be beautiful again.

Thanks again everybody!! I really appreciate it and thought that it could be molting but thought they were too young- I'll try and find some higher protien stuff for a few weeks or so-oh yeah---still getting about 6 eggs a day-got 7 yesterday--they're machines i tell ya!!
