10 + Project Lavender Orpington Hatching eggs

Stacey the eggs you sent are looking great going into the 2nd week in the bator. Do you have pictures of babies if they are black or lavender. I've also got hinkjc's white and black in there. So I don't mix them up with his blacks.

Will they look the same?

I will post chick pics when they hatch. They will come out within 3-4 days or so.
I believe lavender split has the same look and color as black. The only difference is their gene and it's not visible

The blacks and split blacks do look the same. I'm not quite sure how to tell you to keep them separate either. Maybe Jody would have a good idea?

I can't incubate them though. My incubator is full right now so I am going to have to toss them.
