This is Fat Amy (Albert?, lol) - 10 weeks old and getting awfully red

Not 100%, but me thinks it's a ROO!

It looks very girly to me. Buff roosters tend to develop red patches on their wings/backs/saddles.

I'm going to say both pullets for now, but Fat Amy's wattles/comb are looking somewhat roo-ish.

My roo was WAY obvious by 10 week, so I tend to think they are both pullets.

I see no obvious signs of rooster, so I am going to lean towards pullet.

Update - Fat Amy is definitely an Amy - she was my first layer of this bunch and has given me four eggs in the last five days.

Nugget and Mrs. Patmore do not look to be too far behind......looking for their first eggs any day now
