10 week old chick with bloody poop?

I have a 10 week old chick with bloody poop. I dont know wich chick because I just saw the poop on the ground. I am going to deworm them just in case that is the problem

Bloody poop is a sign of another problem. Not worms. I believe it's coccidiosis? It can be deadly to young chicks and needs to be treated asap. Hopefully someone will come along and help you. Worming right now might be harmful?

Oh and the chick/s are perfectly healthy other then the poop. I dewormed them.

They are on medicated chick feed

It sounds like coccidiosis to me. had it run thru 27 2 week old chicks and only 8 lived. i got tetramycin (sp?) in a powder from tractor supply co. Mix it up according to directions and only let them have the antibiotic to drink. the quicker you treat them the higher your survival rate will be.
