10 week old chicken spits watery clear discharge?

My 10 week old just spitted out some water... almost like a human phlegm consistency but just a bit runnier. I read it might be an impacted crop... what do you guys think it is? She's fine with eating and stuff, lively. Or is it normal for hens to spit? Any suggestions are welcome
 
They can spit out liquid sometimes if you hold them a certain way or if you have given them medication orally sometimes. I would check the crop especially first thing in the morning before she eats when it should be empty. The thing that is most needed in any crop problem is water to flush out the crop. Impacted crop should feel large and hard, and a sour crop can feel large and squishy. Here are a couple of links to read about crop problems:
