I currently have 20 EE chicks, 13 cockerels and 7 pullets, all 10 weeks old. They have all gotten along together till now. One cockerel has been aggressive to one specific pullet. He chases her and also bites down by her comb and drags her around. We were going to butcher all the extra cockerels once they got to about 16 weeks old, but obviously I can't allow this behaviour in the flock.

I've heard some people say to isolate the aggressive cockerel for about a week, and when you return him he should be tame. I do have an empty rabbit hutch I could stick him in for a while. Do you think this would work?

I want to get him out of there ASAP. Any ideas how to fix this?

I would separate ALL of the cockerels from the pullets. It's probably only a matter of time until the rest become sexually aggressive.
I knew we would have to separate them soon, just not this soon. We will get it done as soon as possible! I'm excited for the pullets to live with the hens. :)
