10 week old Easter Egger. Pullet or cockerel?

Got these from a hatchery and paid the extra 50 cents to have them sexed. But this one looks different than the others. What do you think, pullet or cockerel?

There are some pointy feathers at the base of the tail that look like the beginnings of saddle feathers. Could be a cockerel.
But...my cockerels hackle feathers developed first, if I remember right, so I think I'm going to take that back and say pullet.

I see three rows of ridges on the comb, plus all the red leakage on the body, I’m guessing a cockerel. This is my EE pullet at between 5/6 months old and laying for comparison.

From what I’ve learned reading on here... that’s a cockerel. 1. Red comb 2. 3 rows on the comb 3. Red on the shoulders and wings 4. Inconsistent coloring. BUT, I am no expert. Just my opinion! Beautiful chicken though!

The yellowish edged feathers in the neck are his new hackle feathers coming in. He's getting both at the same time.

Looks like a Pullet with too much Male hormones. Tail, saddle and wing barring are all cockerel. Love the Blue.
