I have four hens that are all about 10 weeks old. I've noticed one or two of them seems to like challenging/posturing with the other 3, would this be just pecking order behaviour? Or could I have a cockeral hiding in the mix?
The two that seem to instigate are the cuckoo and one of the bigger BAs.

It would really be helpful if you would take and post individual pictures of each of the birds - there is really not any way to evaluate gender from the photo above.

I have TONS of pics if you would like. I got all pullets vote last time but I will post again.

The BA in the back is the one I was talking about. Sprouted those wattles at 8 weeks but they haven't grown since.

While I can't be sure of the sex of your chickens, they do all look like pullets to me.

I can tell you that my 8 pullets are 15 weeks old now and I see them challenge each other every day still trying to decide on the pecking order. They aren't bullying each other and never actually harm each other. They just chest bump with hackles up and stand off. It happens mostly when one runs toward another flapping her wings. Usually this is to rejoin the group, but "how dare you do that to me" seems to be the response. Occasionally one gets a peck on the head but it only usually lasts a few seconds and they go about on their merry way.
