10 week old pullet found lethargic & throwing up

one of our pullets threw up clear liquid this morning while i was hand feeding some of them. she was eating fine, but threw up clear liquid 3 times while eating. none of the food she ate came back out, just liquid. it has been hot here.....100 yesterday, and 90 in the coop during roosting last night. could it just be the heat? they have plenty of clean water so she can stay hydrated.

i'll keep an eye on her poop today and to see if she continues to throw up. i'll try to catch her to check her crop, but none of ours are too keen on being touched, held so catching her will be difficult. i'm hoping it's just the heat.
