Husband locking up chickens for the night and found one out outside still. He picked it up to find it acting very lethargic so brought it inside. One eye seems to be swollen shut and it is acting like it is gasping for air. It doesn’t seem like it may last much longer. I can’t speak to how it’s been acting lately, I am pregnant and sick all the time and he’s been tending to the flock. Does this sound like the common respiratory issue (can’t remember the name)? Is there anything I can do for it at this point?
