10 week old Rhode Island Red, hen or rooster?

Well, here it is just over 2 weeks later. Wattles have developed a fair bit and am I right in thinking that those a saddle feathers beginning to clearly show? BUt isn't it a little on the small side for a 12/13 week old RIR roo?

Hi, I know this is an old post. But I have RIR who are about 13 weeks now and look exactly like yours when your RIR was of that age. Did it ultimately turn out to be a Roo? or do I still have some hopes of mine to be a girl?

Poli, yes he was a rooster, a rooster that started crowing about 3-4 weeks after those pics were posted. A very protective and aggressive rooster that used to attack me almost every time I went into coop by the time he was about 6 months. Unfortunately at about 7 or 8 months he became ill and died (that was about a month ago).
