10 week old speckled Sussex rooster

We recently found out that we have roosters. Unfortunately neighbors say they will not tolerate a rooster in the morning. I'm looking for NO KILL home for my rooster. He is very docile and has never picked on any of them hens. He is very sweet to humans but a bit shy around kids. Please inquire of yo are intrested! (Again only reply if you want a PET rooster not one to make some chicken soup).

I have never used one, but I do know that they do exist.

I just read amazon reviews and it says the collars turn the crown into a more quieter noise. I think this is the choice I might go with, thank you so much
