10 weeks now-gender check?

I already know these chicks are mixes. I said that on the OP. I sent this pic of him to the seller, and he thought he looked like a hen! Okay, whatever. He won't take him back. Biggest problem is I'm attached to him now. It's not that easy to just "give me to a feed store" or whatever, as he suggests. He said he'd give me another chick, but don't think I can trust him now. He said these chicks will be bantam size. I guess I'll see . . .

Maybe the breeder knows best and it is a hen. The breeder ought to know, I'd trust his guess most
