Anyone know of a mill in the Atlanta area? I live about 30 miles south of the city.

I compared lables and both are the same ingredients. I have given my ducks feed and they do not like it. They like greens and corn and fruit. They are healthy and get more then just corn.

When I lived in Colorado, I would go to a nearby Grain Mill facility and buy a bag of unmilled wheat. Then I would grind it at home on a simple hand grinder, wheat germ and all. I used this in a ratio of 33% to 67% "store-bought white flour" to make my homemade wheat bread. VERY TASTY !

I didn't own chickens then.

NOW, I own chickens....and live where there is no Grain Mill.

Apparently, I'm unable to "get my ducks in line" !!!

Most laying mash is 75% corn and 25% soymeal plus a few minurals and calciam.
