100% Roo?!?

We LOVE this guy/girl to death!!!! How certain are we he is a he?? We cannot have a rooster, so I need to know. he is a bantam Buff Brahma, 10 weeks old

I'd have to say yes. There's wing bars on the wings, an over large comb for the age.... I'd have say cockerel.
