$100...What would you spend it on?

Thanks for sharing! Sorry I came across that way, I REALLY DID NOT mean it to sound that way. I don't think you are less important than me! I just wanted to know your thinking behind the donation, maybe I could understand more. Like my mom always says, "The good is the enemy of the best". But I have made decisions that other people would criticize, and have criticized, so I kinda know what you feel about my post.

$2.40 I think? Why?
My husband and I have been talking about the price of gas and whether local wages tend to be lower in areas where gas is lower. It varies quite a bit just driving across our town, from one end to the other. We can't afford gas to go visit our families for Christmas.

i would most likely spend it on trapping supplies, while 100$ might not get me much if you get the right stuff you can make it back.

for example a coyote trap here where i live goes for about 18-20$ while a coyote brings in 100$ here (i live in Canada).

If I was given a $100 today (which is Winter Solstice) I would go up to the children's floor (I work at a hospital) and ask for the children who are fosters, who parents are having a hard time this year and who are going to be in the Hospital over the Holiday season ect and I would get the nurses to give me a wish list from these children (normal about 5-10 a year) and I would split the $100 between all of them plus I would match it with a $100 out of my family's gift money to ensure that those little souls who would have to spend the Holiday Season in the Hospital got special gifts that let them know that they are loved by all.

Yeah, I know what that is like! I like it when gas is only like $1.80 or something like that! :) I live in a small town, so just about every gas station is the same. There is a site that tells you how much money you will pay for gas based off of the make, model, and year of your car. It averages it out by how much gas costs along the way.

I just went through some guy's house who has a major Christmas lights spread on his yard that he invited the public to walk through. The walkway to his front-door passes by the windows to his garage and he put animated Christmas lego sets on display in those windows! It's super awesome!

My sister has a giant set of those Christmas Village things (it's bigger than her 8-seater dining table) with a "frozen pond" that has animated skaters on it and a train that goes around the entire thing.
Thats so cool!

:hit I would be willing to give you $200, just so coyote could keep his coat....
