102 degrees?

I've heard to incubate at 99-103 F but is a constant temp. Of 102.0-102.6 okay?

is it a still air? Also where is the reading coming from? still airs should be 102 at the top of the egg

Depends... Still Air (no fan) I kept at 101, with fan 99.5. I have had plenty of spikes and a power failure and still have had great results. Power was out for 10 hours. I put the incubator in my car. lol I have an outlet in it.

Forced air ( with a fan ) should be at 99.5, a still air ( no fan ) should be about 101-102 at the top of the egg.

I just had a 100% hatch rate in a LG still air. I don't see the big deal. Works fine for me.
