104f degrees, for up to 3 hours, what damage might I have done.

Halfway through the incubation period, on or about day 10 I woke up to 104f temps, I opened the incubator to cool it down rapidly, It was followed by a short period of time of temps around 95 degree as I set the thermostat too low but I caught that quickly. I estimate it was at the high temperature for 3 hours since I checked the temps in the middle of the night when I went to the bathroom. Is that high enough to kill them off? kill some of them? stunt growth? Just Curious.
 
I had my eggs that hot for longer than that, and I had a 70% hatch rate on shipped eggs. They’re pretty resilient for the most part:
