We finally have a little bit of summer weather, humidity and heat. Not too high just enough to feel like summer. Oh and thunderstorms too.

We had 108 and 106 all last week, and the first part of this week. Now it is a little cooler, and I laughed when I realized we all thought 95 was cool!

But we got rain and hail last night and this morning, for the first time in a month or so. It smells so good!

brrr.... very cold here this morning. Me and my girls too think it's more like fall. My 3 yr. old dd came outside to help with the chickens wrapped in a blankie.

If that isn't the cutest thing... I don't know what is.

It's in the high 80's here and that is just not NORMAL. I'll take it tho. It's a very lovely day.

We broke 100* before 10 this morning and are at 116* right now.

Stay cool out there and heed the warnings. Drink LOTS of water and stay out of the sun!
