11 week old blue Ameraucana - pullet or cockerel?

This is Cloud. Cloud is obviously my favourite. Please tell me Cloud is a pullet. I can’t have 7 roosters

Hard to tell, since ameraucanas have pea combs. But it is really red, so I'm leaning towards a boy.
