Thanks guys - I'm just as happy that it's a cockerel. I've been toying with the idea of hatching out chicks of my own and I love the McMurray EEs. This batch gave me sooo many different colors (three of the white/ivories, a wheaten, multiple birds with blue-lacing) that I decided I might start with this group. One of my whites is a cockerel as well. It should be fun.

It's features looks like a pullet. It's head looks like a cockrerel. I'm going with the back and saddle area feathers and say pullet.

Pullet this is a common pullet feather pattern. A cockerel tends to be all over the place on the color chart. For example this is my 25 week cockerel.
