11 week old EE's

These are the 2 I'd say for sure cockerel's CCLXEE in front and CCL in the back would the CCLXEE'S comb be considered a straight comb and what would a pea comb and no waddles look like if it was a cockerel at this age

Pointed tail feathers are not gender determinant.
Pointed SADDLE feathers are.
None of these mixed breed birds have pointed saddle feather, early red, larger combs & wattles. I think you have a flock of pullets.

I'm concerned with the 2 in the first 2 pics because their tails seem to be swooping down and they have pea combs no waddles like the EE mom so would there still be a difference between pullet and cockerel?

Yeah, definitely not EE

So if a EE is a mix breed that lays colored eggs. Then what does it take to be a EE I know they used to have beards but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore the one I got from TSC and alot that I see now doesn't mine kinda looks like a welsummer but lays blue green eggs

EEs are all hybrids. You put any pure bred breed with the blue egg gene over any other chicken and you get an EE. The blue egg gene breed most commonly used are Ameraucanas but Araucanas and Cream Legbars can also be used. When these birds are put over a breed that lays dark brown eggs (ex. Marans, Welsummers) you get Olive Eggers.

They all look like pulleys and have a lot of cream leg bar I think.

No, you were correct. A CCL crossed with any other breed is technically an Easter Egger.

(Edit) these are CCLXEE's each pic is a different chick I was thinking the first 2 are cockerel by the pointed tail feathers and I think the last pic is a CCL pullet(straight comb) I have a TSC EE that lays same color as my CCL

If I'm understanding correctly, you crossed your CCL rooster with your EE hen and these are the chicks that hatched from those eggs. Correct?

I'm not seeing anything that screams cockerel to me (based upon my limited experience) on any of these birds, but at 11 weeks it may be early yet. I have a CCLx cockerel (not crossed with EE, not sure what he was crossed with). He is barred and at 11ish weeks was just starting to get some color, but still didn't have any of the pointed hackle and saddle feathers typical of a rooster. Today, at about 16 weeks, he definitely has those. So, I expect if any of yours ARE cockerels, you will start to see feather changes in the next couple of weeks. Also, his comb and wattles have always been bigger and redder than his two pullet siblings. It was quite obvious he was a cockerel very early on, even without the pointy feathers. None of yours have prominent or brightly colored combs or wattles, which has me leaning toward pullets, but again they are young and I don't have a lot of experience yet. I do think the next couple weeks or so should be telling.

Here is a pic of my guy at about the same age as yours.

He looks a lot more roostery now, with his pointy feathers. I don't have any current pics, but can grab one if you want to see how he has changed in the past month. Just let me know. We're about due for another photo shoot anyway.

I don't know if this helps any, since it is not the exact same cross, but at least it is something to compare them too.
