I have three “hens” that are younger but look like Roos. Can someone take a guess because I can’t figure it out.

And Blue production “hen”

Please tell me what you think, thank you!

It's hard to tell from combs alone, but that Buff Orpington has a bigger comb/waddle at 11 weeks than my parents' BO pullet does at 17 weeks.

No saddle feathers, round mantle feathers, smallish waddles...

The Buff and the Blue are definitely hens.

That Speckled Sussex has saddle feathers and curled tail feathers. I don't believe that is a hen.

My Buff Orpington hens as pullets at 16 weeks 5 days (ignore the big rooster trying to "blend in" lol)

Based on age and comb size, I'm thinking cockerel for the Orpington.
