My 11 week old EE has struggled. We call her the dumb chicken because if there's food on the ground she pecks a few millimeters in front of it and can't ever seem to get it. She does okay if it's in the feeder because if she misses she gets some other pieces but seems to just misjudge distance. She flew to land on the edge of the garden box and tried to grab on just shy of the ledge and toppled into the box. She's acting completely normal otherwise. Just seems....nearsighted. Is there anything that can cause this? She was never dropped or injured as a baby but has always had a flushed comb since week 2 of life. They were all vaccinated for Marek's and Cocci. Poop is normal. She also sits with her legs out but not having any problems as when I call her she just comes running up all excited. She will also sit/stand tail high like a broody hen. (At 11 weeks)
The other two aren't treating her any differently either and all eat the same medicated starter feed with mealworm treats and watermelon.

Can you get a picture of each eye? Does she always sit on her hocks? Have you tried some B vitamins with riboflavin? That might help her legs if she has a riboflavin deficiency.

Eye looks completely normal. She seems to always sit on her hocks for the last month or so. It's been crazy hot (100+) and they're doing a good job of staying cool but I thought it was additional cooling mechanism. They get some nutri drench in their water in the coop but just fed her a higher concentrate mixed with feed into a mash. Thinking about getting rooster booster b12 as well.

Hi @Dsotto Rooster Booster B12 is B12 ( Cobalamin ) it is not B2 (Riboflavin). Poultry Nutri-Drench does not contain B2 either.

I would get some B-Complex - give her 1/4 tablet daily - see if she improves.

I ended up realizing that so I got poultry cell instead. I didn't know they could take human vitamins. I started with 1 cc orally.
