11 week old rooster when can i put in with adult flock

hes about the size of some of my adult hens. only problem is the adult rooster is a little bigger than him. should i wait a little longer.

I have not had good experiences with putting more than one rooster in with my hens together. If I have all rooster together usually not a problem but I won 't do it anymore in with the hens. Only one rooster to each group of hens with me.

i have had 2 roosters in with my main flock of 25 or so hens before up until about a month ago when my oldest 3 year old roo died from a illness he had. just cant remember how young the new roo was when i put him in with the older roo in the past.
