mayonnaise, hollandaise, ceasar dressing, meringue, souffle, custard, pudding, timbale, strata,basted (cooked with the cooking fat spooned over the top)
 
What about a BIRD NEST......, That's where you cut a hole in the middle of a piece of bread, French toast it and drop an egg in the hole..........Ymmmmm:thumbsup
