It's that time again! Every year, hundreds of members come together to set eggs to hatch on the exact same day - the day BEFORE Easter. As a group last year, we had 2,156 eggs set for hatching! If you are new to hatching, this is a great way to get a lot of help, tips and advice. Join in the fun for the largest BYC Hatch-a-long of the year!
Set Chicken eggs on Saturday, March 21st at Noon (whatever time zone you are in)

I have the same incubator. Watch that turner motor area--it runs 2-3 degrees warmer than the rest of the incubator...and the "front" row is 2-3 degrees colder than desirable (or just don't use those rows-or add a fan.Check it out Ron! When is the last time I hatched? 2 years. Haven't even had chickens. Decided with all that is going on, and we're all pretty much stuck home.. might as well. Our son and daughter in law that is staying said they would love to help with chicken chores.. Anyway...I went ahead and bought 4 babies. 2 of my favorite breeds. Leghorns and Sexlinks.
