I'm sorry, but they are roos. They have all 3 strikes against them.

#1 - I can see the legs of your chicks in the pictures and they don't have enough of the black splash - roos have some, pullets have more. Look at the legs of SpeckledHens & ArizonaDesertChicks pullets - see how dark the wash is?

#2 - The coloring is very light - take a look at SpeckledHen's cockerel versus her pullets.

#3 - Even though your chicks just developed their comb & wattles at 11 weeks - that's still too early. You can see my 15 week old pullets and SpeckledHen's 12 week old pullets - very small comb & wattles. Mine got theirs at about 18-19 weeks - a couple weeks before they started to lay.

If they had only 1 thing against them, we would have to wait and see, but everything about your chicks speaks rooster.

I agree completely. They are absolutely both roos.

Thanks for the responses.
New at this, but what are the odds
that the 2 I get out of pullet bin are both
roosters? Hen count going down, but I'm
still going to wait till they start crowing.

Can someone tell me if I choose
this breed again what to look
for in the pullet bin- besides black chicks
with yellow dot on head?

Isn't the spot on the head of a pullet more concentrated then the spot on the males head? Mine were. There is some way to tell be looking at their feet and that I am not familiar with. Hopefully somebody can help you more.
