I have a cross breed chicken- possibly polish/bantam but who knows!- who has been declared a post on this forum a pullet, who has tiny claw like protrudions coming out of her spur bumps. As she is my FAVOURITE CHICKEN 😬 I keep convincing myself in horror that maybe she is a cockerel, and hoping she is a pullet.
I know that all chickens have tiny sour bumps but these have definitely developed teeny claw things.
Here are some pics. Whaddaya think?

At 11weeks?... 🥺
They're just buds at this point. Spurs don't actually start growing until around 4-6 months of age.

If it's cockerel, anyway. Or a pullet that grows spurs, which happens.
