I'm getting alot of people wanting half, silkie and half B. Ameraucana eggs. This is fine, but when you pay PLEASE put in the message area, what you bought and if you are wanting them shipped at a later time. Plus phone number if you want to pick them up. Absolutely beautiful birds. I love the color of the eggs too - not too light, but a nice shade.

I do get a little variety in shades. Older hens usually lay a lighter egg, but they all layed a pretty blue egg when they were younger. I heard according to John Blehm. The lighter whitish blue is the prefered color, but most people(me included) like the pretty blue.

I have some in the incubator, and the color is really nice.

When I candled I have better than 80% development so far, which is exceptional on shipped eggs. We'll see what hatches!
