chickies are a little older now, so they might be easier to id (or not!).

#1 might be a black cochin, but all the white feathers coming in might suggest a mottled cochin...

I think #4 & #5 are Easter Eggers due to the slate colored legs...

#3 IS a fuzzball!

Maybe it's a cockeral since it's so slow at feathering (especially the tail)?

Well, I'm not much help but I think they're all gorgeous!!

really? this is the day i got them in the mail. i thought they were all supposed to be hatchlings.

btw, he's the biggest one. i just assumed maybe he was a breed that didn't get feathers as soon.

Number 9 looks like my red pyle old english pullets, they looked almost completly white except you can notice a slightly darker shade on the neck and head, she is 7 weeks old now and you really just start to notice.

HERE ARE MY GUESSES

#1 Does look like a Mottled Cochin bantam chick

#2 not sure

#3 looks like a Golden Sebright

#4 & 5 I guess easter egger's because of the legs.

# 6 ?

#7 kind of looks like my buff Japanese

# 8 & 9 are probably your red pyle!

Good luck figuring them out! They sure are cute.

perfect! i was wondering if 6 & 7 were my blue wheatens, but i couldn't find any chick pictures at this age to compare, only hatchlings.

i figured the last guy was one of my red pyles, but i'm glad someone(s) agrees!

thanks, everyone.
