12 day old Indian runner tail issue

My Indian runner's tail seems to be twisted to one side. The area feels a little firm and you can see the skin, but that may just be due to the coloring. Any thoughts on if this is an issue?

Am I worrying over an emerging preen gland? The tail curving and not sticking straight out like my other ducklings is what had me concerned.

Could be wry tail? From what I read, that is a genetic characteristic and does no harm to the duck.
