You'll give one vitamin E capsule a day, can you give us a picture of the ingredients of the B complex bottle so we can give you a dosage for that too.

I would go 1ml a day for the B complex, you can spit the dosages up throughout the day if you'd like. It's not as potent as the Cattle B complex, that's why I recommend giving so much for a duckling that age.
