TESTERS - I have a new, young French Black Copper Marans cockerel in the breed pen. Eggs have been not consistently fertile yet, but I'd like to check hatchability.
Hens I use are all blue with beautiful lacing -
The olive egg in my avatar is an example of what the offspring should lay, or it could be darker olive with a golden tint, like this:
Or olive, golden tint, heavy speckling, like this:
My Marans rooster that the blue hens are bred back to is full Presley line, he is GORGEOUS and was hatched from a very dark egg, but I have not hatched any of his offspring yet, so I have no idea what color the pullets will lay.
Eggs need to be paid for (via PayPal) by noon on Wednesday and will be shipped out Wednesday afternoon.
