I have a full incubator so I have eggs available. Next shipping date 4/19.

$15 a dozen for true Ameraucana eggs. I have the blue roo pictured with the blue and black hens pictured. The EEs behind the roo in his photo are free range and the BBS's are penned and All eggs are marked with pen # or letter and day as they are collected so no mixing of eggs. The Ams hens were also exposed to my Wheaten Ameraucana roos until 4/3 so chicks from eggs prior to 4/17 could possibly be by the Wheaten roos, but are pure Ameraucana in either case.

I send my eggs bubble wrapped and double boxed so they will arrive safely, however I can make no guaranty as to them hatching due to the many variables in shipping and incubation. If they don't hatch let me know and we'll work something out!

Shipping is $12 to East and Mid-west $15 west of the Rockies due to increased cost.

You can PM or email. I ship eggs Mon-Wed only so they don't sit in the PO over the weekend.

Also available, Partridge Standard Cochin eggs and Dominique Eggs. Mix and Match.

I didn't have the Wheaten Roos last year so I don't know first hand nor do I know enough about the color traits in Ams to answer that. I have asked someone who will know and I'll post her answer as soon as I get it. I am just so glad to have REAL Ams this year instead of EEs that color hasn't been my main focus :-) I have had trouble getting wheaten hens/pullets that are nice enough to breed but hopefully by next year I can have a Wheaten only pen too. I will have the eggs from the B/B pen in a couple weeks that will be color pure.

Umm... Those "red" hens are EEs. Your Blue Rooster is gorgeous though! Have any pictures from the BBS pen? I love Ameraucana pictures

The one pic had an EE in it, but her later pics are Ameraucanas. I wish I had room in the bator. Dang it all.

I do have some EE hens that are free range. Because the snows took down several pens, all the Ams were free range until a couple weeks ago as we got pens rebuilt. The only Roos I had with the hens (EE and AM) were Am roos so I know at least that once I penned up the AM hens that their eggs were purebred even if not pure to color type. The one photo of the blue roo was taken before the Ams were penned so yes, there are EEs behind him - sorry for the confusion.

no .. you explained it perfectly from the get-go ...... someone was doing a drive-by quik-scan

If that comment was directed at me, she edited after I asked and made it much more clear... So you may want not comment unless you read the original ad. Thanks.
