12 week and loving the rain

THis the first time since Iv had the ducks they been out in the rain

Yes, ducks in the rain. You will feel immensely happy just by seeing how happy they are:D.

@snow5164 , yes they can be very very messy with their water. They love love love to dig in the mud. After all, they are waterfowl, so they love anything with water. Mine are super friendly, and lay eggs almost twice the size of a chicken egg (and much harder shells!). Nowadays I call chicken eggs "wimpy eggs" :p (not that I have anything against chicken owners, their chickens, or their eggs lol) (I don't own any chickens) :D
 
Ok , I have no ducks ( never say never), but I had to look,

They are so cute , are they friendly ? Really messy? Lay big eggs ?

Someday ..... I have the space


Mine only get messy when there a puddle at bottom of the garden or raining ( witch I discovered today ) but they love there pool

- mine are really friendly and even more friendly with treats

- as for eggs I’m unsure as mine not at leg laying age yet
