12-Week Old - Breed and Sex (Please and Thank You)

I got some day-old chicks 3 months ago and have raised them up. A few of them didn't look anything like their "brothers and sisters" so I was just wondering if anyone out there could pinpoint the breed and sex of this chicken? Any help is appreciated!

That's a Rhode Island Red. How many weeks old is it? I don't have a calender atm. I'm going to say it looks like a cockerel though. Did you get straight run? Where did you get them?

13 weeks old - straight run - from a farmer that has all kinds of breeds
