12 week old buff Orpington. Is there any way this could be a Pullet?

Has Pullet tendencies and isn’t crowing like my other Roos. Acts more like my pullets but the comb and waddles and size seem roo to me.

I definitely see a boy. His pupil looks a little irregularly shaped -- maybe it's just the picture but I'd keep a lookout on that eye as deformed pupils can indicate a health issue.
