12 Week Old Buff Orpington

Hey guys. Just wanted to get opinions on this chick. The comb and wattles are a little brighter red and larger than the other buffs we have, but the tail seems a bit round for a roo.

Thoughts?

The title says 12 weeks....

No trace of male saddle feathers. It's just about the right time for a pullet to begin developing.

That looks like a pullet, we have an orpington roo who's only 5 weeks old and his tail is already curving.

Definitely pullet. That is what my hens looked like at that age

Just curious, why would this one's comb be so much brighter? It has been this way for a week or more and our others are not changing color at all, they are still all orangey-pink.
