12 week old Cochin chick with respiratory issues

I picked up three new pullets Cochin chicks 5 days ago. This afternoon while cleaning out their outside brooder one seemed lethargic, not eating as well and we heard her make a strange sneeze/cough sound. I have her isolated inside. She is eating a small amount still but overall fairly lethargic. Treatment for respiratory infection ? This is something I’ve yet to tackle while owning Chickens.

How's your chicken? There are different respiratory problems. Some run their course and some need antibiotics. Generally you need to see a vet to get those.
