12 week old leghorn cockerel with strange colouring

My blue leghorn male and one of the hens also leghorns in black, splash and white created this fella.

Never had a chick like this before, is he mottled or splash?

He’s also for sale pickup Gold Coast.

Posted a pic a month ago but he has since started to develop white earlobes.

Wow, he is really pretty! :)
He looks like a splash to me. However, he does look like he has some white tipped plumage (which gives him a partially mottled look)...
