12 week old RIR-roo or hen?

My 12 week old RIR has a medium size pink comb and wattles- but it is getting shiny black tail feathers that flop down- do hen's ever have black tail feathers?

"She" does have a full rear quarters.

rir roos have some colorful feathers the pullets normally dont. seems what your describing is a roo
