The poor dear.
How long has she been giving D3?
Any swelling of the joints at all?
Do the toenails or beak feel soft and pliable?

I would almost lean toward this being Marek's since the bird has the "splits" instead of hock sitting, but it would be hard to know.
I'm assuming that Tanya is also giving the B vitamins as well? (B2Riboflavin, etc.)

Yes she have hock swelling
Yes I was guessing Marek's but there's no more symptoms except leg swelling in the joints

She's started D3 0.25 ml 3 times a day from yesterday with zinc and other vitamins like phosphorus magnesium
Along with Multivitamins (essential Vitamin with Amino Acids fortified with argenine, DHA & biotin) Once a day 0.25

Once a day 'Sea Shells Grit)'

I want to ask.if the dosage is correct or need to increase

This bird having some Coccidia treated with Sulmet now only thing she have is Leg Weakness
She now have good growth and weight
Good FCR
She's a Broiler Rescued Baby Chick
She have one more rescue RIR Rooster

Hopefully someone else will know.

Since there is hock swelling, it could be MS, slipped tendon, leg bone deformity or a number of other causes.
All you can do is continue with the course of treatment you think is best and hope it helps.

I'm.worried cause she have one more chicken if tooki have Ms might be able to spread to brownie

Hello everyone! Tooki and Brownie (and I) wish a Merry Christmas to you all and your lovely chickens!

Okay, so I have been reading up quite a lot on Mareks. In fact when Tooki first fell ill I suspected Mareks for quite a while.

So, it has been 66 days since Tooki fell ill and started doing the splits. In this time her legs have not really improved (but they have thickened. She had very thin legs before). However, she has gained weight and height as well. She is also now fully feathered when just last month she had various bald patches on her body.
So, this is what gives me hope that it is not Mareks as some articles have said that the disease stops growth completely. I don't know if that is completely true or not.

However, if Tooki did have Mareks I would go with the Neurological kind. She has some of the symptoms of this:
1) Her legs do splits. But in the past 2 days I have seen her lift herself just a little bit. Her legs are definitely not paralysed as when I pick her up she goes crazy and struggles a lot by moving her legs and flapping her wings.

2) Her head turns to one side and stats there a lot (to the left side). But again she is able to eat normally by bending her head in front towards her bowl of food.

3) Tooki had laboured breathing before but it is gone now. This was my fault as I was using heater. I did not know that it caused chickens problems and used it as it is so cold here. But I stopped after @Saaniya advised me not to use it.
Now she only pants when I put her in the sun and since I have just started giving her sunlight 2 days ago, I think she will adjust to it soon.

4) Tooki also falls forward a lot. Like her chest and head are too heavy for her to support. Otherwise when she is sitting she looks up when I come to her room and moves her head to look around.

Please let me know what you all think about this. I was discussing with my mother and she is leaning towards weight and leg issues rather than Mareks.

Also, my rooster Brownie is vaccinated against Mareks as I had gotten him from a farm. I know that doesn't guarantee anything but still I thought I would let you all know.

Also, I have finally arranged for a wheelchair for my Tooki! It arrived today but was unfortunately damaged in shipping so it will be replaced in a few days.

It is 8 inches in height so easy enough for her to stand in and can be adjusted to expand or retract. I will attach a cloth on it with holes in it for her to stand and then see how it goes from there.

PS this is actually a washing machine trolley. I searched a lot for Tooki and had initially thought that I would construct a wheelchair myself as getting it shipped from outside is not possible. However, I thankfully found this thing and hopefully it works out.
I am letting you all know this in case someone else also needs a wheelchair for their chicken and have to DIY it; this can be an option.

I am leaning more towards Valgus deformation rather than Mareks. From what i have read the Valgus deformity is a result of Rickets at a young age.

I found this photo (photo 1) and it looks exactly like what Tooki's legs look like.

This is the article that I found. I have also been sent pictures on this deformity by @Saaniya

These are Tooki's legs (photo 2) from the back. Her right leg is bent inwards which makes me think of the Valgus deformity. However, she moves her right leg quite fiercely when troubled.

Any suggestions on how to deal with it or anything that I should be careful about?

PS I have started a strict treatment as suggested by @Saaniya by giving Tooki Calcium 3 times a day (.2 ml) and also Vitamins once a day (.3 ml). This will continue for 2 weeks. This is the treatment recommended to cure Rickets.
I also make Tooki stand in her sling for 3 hours daily.
