It looks to me like they're all pullets... the only one I wouldn't be 100% sure about is the GLW... but at 12 weeks if they were roosters they should really start looking like it.

I think pullets too, my Columbian Wyandotte has feathers that curl around the base of the tail too. They are beauties!
