1266 GQF incubator restoration project. Need help!

Hey guys, I found my dad's old 1266 in the barn and I plugged it in and the fan still works. I think that's the only thing that does haha. I turn the switch on for automatic turning and the red light in the side came on, so I'll go back in an hour and see how it's going. The manual rotating doesn't work so I think the auto won't work either. The last time I plugged it in the incubator didn't reach temperature and stopped around 93 I think, so heating element will need fixing as well. Any help with breaking this thing down and finding new parts would be amazing!

Update: turner is working well, but inside of incubator is cold.
