I wouldn’t on purpose. Sometimes they slip in and they hatch. Mostly they do not. And hatching can be heart breaking enough even with the best of circumstances. If you do decide to, I know a few on here have done it successfully so start there. But also do all the assisting research you can. Because, as I understand it.. they pretty much all need timely help at hatch (if they make it that far) so you’d have to really plan your schedule accordingly.
 
Twinning in nature happens in mammals and other livebearers, not in egg layers.
In mammals, the abdomen expands to accommodate and the embryo can absorb the necessary nutrients from the mother's placenta.
In eggs, that is all the space there will ever be and all the nutrition there will ever be.
They don't hatch in nature and therefor offspring don't produce doubles.
If you want full size, live, healthy, robust chickens, don't incubate double yolk eggs.
If you don't care what happens, go ahead and incubate.
