Do you mean the fried egg-looking ones?
If yes: those are made of white and orange colored fondant and the 'foot' is dipped in dark chocolate. They were bought in a supermarket (I'm in Europe, Germany...sorry )

It's very cute.

Just a cloth thingie. I didn't make it, my grandma did a few years back when we had easter at their house, and it was reused for my basket this year. I could probably make one poorly- looks like two layers of fabric with a trim color, in a square shape, with the corners tied up.

Some of these dogs have such a gorgeous stride- I noticed especially the australian shepherd looks amazing
