I'm decided against buying silkie eggs when I saw these in a store, then decided I would cheat and bring a few home. Here is one.

I can't even get a good hour of reading in.. from pip to pop in an hour.. My Marans eggs are doing fabulous here.

PS: I told myself not to do this (post pics of every single hatch) but, I can't help myself.. Baby from my (Cockoo Marans x BSL) x BCM on the left. It has white eyebrows!

Yes. I’ll have to see if I can find my pictures of them. I had some of his for a while

First pip today! I have 3 pips!! Day 19, silkies. I went from 18 eggs (6 rainbow, 12 silkie) to 11 at lockdown. (5 rainbow, 6 silkie) had a 3 or 4 non fertile, and a few quitters. I don't want to go to bed and miss hatching!!
